The Road is one of many in the Catalogue.
The sheds are between Aldinga and Sellicks Hill (Mark is looking more or less north-east, along the line of Willunga Hills).

Mark had a warm, earthy, muscular style of painting.
One can sense how he loved the Fleurieu and lived fully.
Beautifully expressed Ian – and to my way of thinking, very true.
I’ve always loved those sheds and continue to watch as they change and fall. So glad Mark has given them a life for all time.
